the most important thing i would like to say, is that this site is subject to  changes every day. since i don`t have much knowledge of my family, it is a  work 
 in progress site. my family mostly were born and grew up around Lenoir and  Craven Counties in North Carolina. my grandfather edward magusta conner sr. i  was told was born close to atlanta georgia. i have put alot of my families  names in this site which i would like to know more about also. along with  learning all i can about my family as far back as i can go. if anyone has any  information on these and other people in this family, i would welcome and  appreciate any feedback and corrections anyone would be willing to share. my  family lived also in the areas of snow hill, and wilson, n.c. from what i`m  getting to know about them so far. i think they were mostly farmers and worked  in factorys. my sisters, brothers and myself grew up in a children`s home in  n.c. if you would like to get in touch with me, please feel free to e-mail  me.  i also would like any information on calvin jones, jessie barfield, and  edward magusta conner (connor) that anyone might have. calvin jones my great  grandfather i know was a full blooded cherokee. i know he lived in lenoir  county.i think he was married to an emmy or emily something. any help would be  welcomed.
